I had an excellent experience at this doctor’s office. The staff was welcoming, organized, and attentive from the moment I walked in. My appointment started on time, and the medical team took their time to listen, explain, and address every concern without making me feel rushed. Dr. Robert Stokes was thorough, compassionate, and clearly knowledgeable, which gave me a lot of confidence in my care. The clinic itself was clean, comfortable, and efficiently run. I truly appreciated the professionalism and kindness shown throughout my visit. Highly recommend this office to anyone looking for high-quality, patient-centered care.

Killeen Urgent Care is by far the best Urgent Care in Killeen! The staff is AMAZING! The Service is QUICK! I literally went in and was out in less than 45 mins. Dr. Coffie is outstanding! Luckily this only goes to 5 stars bc I would give 100 if I could.

By far!!! The absolute best urgent care!! From the time I walked In the door, checked in, and was seen by Dr.Coffie, I felt very comfortable and confident in my medical care. The manager Shikira!! Was absolutely amazing as well keeping the communication flowing step by step during this entire visit! If 20 stars was available I'd give 30! Please if you're in Killeen I would highly recommend the Killeen urgent care!
