When Dr. Lincoln G. Coffie first came to Central Texas, he brought with him a deep sense of purpose shaped by his experiences in Jamaica and dedicated service in the U.S. military. He witnessed firsthand how resilience, leadership, and genuine compassion could change lives. Driven by a vision to make healthcare truly accessible, he established Killeen Urgent Care + Family Medicine Clinic to fill the gap between fast urgent care and long-term primary care, ensuring that every patient - no matter their background or circumstance - receives attentive, respectful treatment.

This clinic was born out of a promise to put the well-being of Killeen and its surrounding communities first every day. Here, patients are welcomed as individuals, not numbers. Our team listens closely, treats each concern with skill, and strives to ease worries with warmth and expertise. Over time, our growth and expansion have not changed our mission - they have only strengthened our connection with the community. The trust placed in us by families, professionals, military members, and neighbors has been both humbling and inspiring. Our commitment is simple: provide excellent, compassionate care and remain a steady presence for every stage of our patients' lives, embracing the diversity and spirit that make Central Texas unique.

Dr. Coffie is known for delivering compassionate, patient-centered care, with a genuine commitment to listening and building trust with every patient he serves.

Originally from Jamaica, he brings a rich cultural perspective and a deep appreciation for service and community. As a U.S. military veteran, he embodies discipline, leadership, and a lifelong commitment to caring for others.

With experience in both urgent care and primary care, Dr. Coffie offers a well-rounded and comprehensive approach to patient health. He is especially passionate about improving access to quality healthcare across the Central Texas community.

Locally, he is recognized for his professionalism, dedication to patient care, and active community involvement. He currently leads a growing, multi-location practice focused on accessibility, efficiency, and modern healthcare delivery.
